ORDINANCE NO. 2025-01
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF TRUMAN ORDINANCE NO. 2024-02 AMENDING PREVIOUS RURAL AND URBAN SERVICE DISTRICT ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF TRUMAN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TRUMAN, MARTIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section I. Sets up separate taxing districts known as “Rural Service District and “Urban
Service District”.
Section II. (A) Defines “Rural Service District”
(B) Defines “Urban Service District”
Section III. Lists the parcels included in the Rural Service District
Section IV. Sets the ratio of benefits at 26%
Section V. States the ordinance shall be effective thirty days after final adoption
Adopted by the Council of the City of Truman this 16th day of June, 2025.
